Sara Jane and Laurent wrote us to request that we might provide a reference for them in regards to our rental property and entrusting them with our keys. We rent a 1 bedroom property in Musiciens area of Nice.
We can only say wonderful things about Prom'Holiday (Sara Jane & Laurent) and the service they provide us. We have entrusted them with our keys and they have met our clients in a very professional manner. They have provided maid and linen service and provided great care for our property and furnishings. They often had to meet repair men for maintenance to our property as well and we have had no bad experiences with them. On occasion, Laurent provided the maintenance services himself. They have also helped us coordinate maitenance issues and provided us with sound advice.

They are a great team and look after all our needs in Nice from meeting clients and dealing with any issues (big or small) that we might have with utilities etc in Nice. We would highly recommend this team as they provide us with great assurance that our home is being looked after.

A perfect winter retreat in Europe

When Canadians think of going south in the winter they usually think of the southern USA but these two Canadians think that the south of France and in particular the Cote d Azur region can be a charming alternative. This apartment is the perfect place to go. It is very bright, features beautiful views from every window, is very clean and well equipped, and the owner and her agent are very accommodating and pleasant to work with. We liked it so much in 2012/13 that we are going back again in 2013/14. Thank you for everything.

We decided to go to Nice as a family get together, being seven adults and a baby of 8 months, we needed a apartment with four bedrooms, a crib and a high chair. This was the first time that we rented a place to stay this way, I was pretty nervous and hesitant.
Sara Jane who greeted us was a gem, she was there when we arrived, gave us a tour and info where to go for the best pizza in a typical environment, local markets, etc.
We had a perfect time in the apartment and would recommend it even to my mother. If we ever got back to Nice I would rent this place again.

This was our second time staying at the apartment, and we had a wonderful week. Once again, the apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed for the week. It's in a wonderful location, and everything is on the doorstep....bars, cafes, the shops of the Old Town and the beach. The agent, Sara-Jane, was really helpful and went above and beyond on our last day when we had a problem after leaving the flat! We'll definitely be back for a third visit !

It is a great place to stay. Short walk to the beach. 3 markets within a couple short blocks. Eating places are many. We walked to the train station and took several day trips. Walked to the old city and harbor area. The apartment is roomy, clean, and comfortable beds. Sara Jane was extremely helpful and met us at the apartment with the keys and showed us around. We were stuck at the airport waiting for a cab and she waited patiently for us for over an hour. If someone asked me if we as a family of 8 would stay there again, it would be a definite yes.
