For customers subscribing our changeover package we will respond to calls from staying guests if appropriate, and will normally address minor issues without prior consulation with the property owner.

A once-off service available for post-party cleans, spring cleaning and after renovations.
On request, all mail received at your holiday residence can be forwarded to a home address.
If properties are vacant in the low season or in the aftermatch of adverse weather conditions, property inspections can be organized on owner's request or at the property manager's discretion.
For rentals of longer than one week where a linen change and/or cleaning is requested, we will visit the property to remove and replace dirty linen, towels and to clean.
