To complete the registration of your arrival, you must read and accept the terms and conditions below.

CHECK-IN

The handing over of the keys to your holiday letting and/or the ‘meet and greet’ before 20h is included in your rental agreement with the owner.

To organize this in the best possible conditions, please contact us at least a week prior to your arrival via   the ‘arrival sheet’ on this website.

For meet and greets after 20h at the apartment there is a supplement charge. 

Between 20h et 22h : 30 € 

Between 22h et 00h : 40 €  

After midnight : 60 € 

It is also possible to collect the keys to your apartment from a secure key box at our office. Key collection at our office is exempt of any extra charge.    

We can also organise key collection at the airport Terminal 2*. There is a supplement charge of €23 for key collection at the airport.

As a courtesy to our cleaning staff and the next guests, please be ready to leave by this time. If you require alternative arrangements you will needto contact the agents at least one week in advance.They will try their best to accommodate your requests but this may not always be possible.Please leave the keys in the apartment and pull the door behind you. These will be collected shortly after your departure and the owner will be contacted.                                                                                            

Checklist before departure :                                                                                                                                                            

- Close all windows and turn off air conditioning/fans/heating

- Please check all lights are off

- Take out rubbish/garbage                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Finally please respect our cleaners, remove any items you have brought into the apartment such as bottles, pizza boxes...In case of damage, missing items or disrespect of the property, the owner will be contacted immediately and will act as s/he sees fit *
